Journey abroad for your next barbeque when you grill with our Korean kalbi sauce. This sweet soy marinade comes alive with notes of spicy ginger and black pepper – just stir-fry with vegetables or grill with thinly sliced meat of your choice. 

Ingredients 

Soy sauce (soybean, water, wheat, salt), raw cane sugar, onion, kiwi, Japanese rice wine (mirin), sesame oil, ginger, garlic, black pepper. No artificial preservatives or colouring.

Instructions 

Delicious with fish, meat, and vegetables. Use 200 g of sauce to marinate whole poultry (up to 3 kg) or on a rack of spare ribs (up to 2 kg), otherwise use 1 tbsp of marinade per 100 g of meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours prior to cooking. No marinating required when stir-frying or steaming. 

Storage 

Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 6 months. If frozen at -18˚C or lower, can be stored up to 12 months. Once open, use within 3 months.
