Tikka Curry

We found inspiration in a culinary classic and gave it our own special twist. Whoever conjured the magic known as tikka masala was a true maestro, complementing unctuous yogurt with hot spices and the sweetness of fruit to achieve the perfect balance of East meets West. Traditionally prepared with chicken, tikka masala is delicious with all varieties of meat, both on or off the bone.

Whoever conjured the magic known as tikka masala was a true maestro, complementing unctuous yogurt with hot spices and the sweetness of fruit to achieve the perfect balance of East meets West. Traditionally prepared with chicken, tikka masala is delicious with all varieties of meat, both on or off the bone.

Ingredients 

Rapeseed oil, tomato, garlic, ginger, water, lemon juice, coriander, onion, cumin, palm sugar, salt, chilli, turmeric. No artificial preservatives or colouring.

Instructions 

Sauté approximately 600 g of meat in 120 g of sauce, add 180 g of plain yogurt. Optional: Add 50 g of sultanas or 100 g of fresh pineapple. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through. For a milder variation, add additional yogurt. Suitable as a marinade for grilling. 

Storage 

Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 6 months. If frozen at -18˚C or below, stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once open, use within 1 month.
