Description 

Traverse the diverse landscape of the Indian subcontinent with our traditional Balti curry, and let its intense flavour enliven your senses. This playful combination of spices and seeds will evoke wanderlust and soothe the soul with its healing herbs. Traditionally prepared with chicken, tamarind curry is delicious with all varieties of meat, on or off the bone.

Ingredients 

Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 6 months. If frozen at -18˚C or below, stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once open, use within 1 month.

Instructions 

Sauté approximately 400 g of meat in 120 g of sauce, add a dozen cherry tomatoes (or more if desired) and 60-90 ml water. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander. For a milder variation, add more meat, tomatoes and water. 

Storage 

Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 6 months. If frozen at -18˚C or below, stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once open, use within 1 month.
